In May 2023, Grupo Unicomer acquired RadioShack’s brand intellectual property, intellectual property assets and domains in approximately 70 countries around the world, marking its return to the U.S. market. This milestone begins a new era that strengthens its commitment to innovation and customer service. At CES, RadioShack presented a selection of its core and most innovative products, designed to meet the needs of modern lifestyles.
